2Tanks CIP System
The CIP unit is used for cleaning sanitizing and sterilisation of vessels and pipes in the brewery. Used material is stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) . CIP cleaning means that safe and automatic cleaning system with production equipment is not decomposed. CIP cleaning not only cleans the machine but also controls the microorganisms.
Hengcheng CIP Carts usually designed and equiped with 2tanks which is named as Caustic Tank and the other is Sanitize Tank. All skidded systems available in one to five-tank formats with normally 100l-500l per tank.

Basic information
Single layers, Thickness=3mm, Small torlerence stainless steel 304/316 optional, 100% high accuracy TIG welding. 2B plate with inner pickling and passivating treated, outer with Hairline polishing; Sanitary polishing treatment of welding points, presure tested ready.
Caustic Tank is pre-installed 5kw(50-100l), 9kw(200l) or other kilowatts’ electric heating element&PT-100 Temperature probe; Manual open top lid with hinges on both of tanks or Hengcheng Round atmospheric manhole optional.
Centrifugal pump(CNF Famous domestic Brand/ customization), complete circulation piping & valves,Control cabinet ready to use.
