Description

A Bright Beer Tank is a dish-bottomed pressure-rated temperature-controlled tank used to hold beer in preparation for packaging.  The "bright beer" is the beer that has been rendered bright (clear) by filtration, centrifugation, fining, and/or maturation.

  • Inside 2B, Welding area been sanitary polishing, then pickled and passivated.
  • Dimple jacketed on side and bottom, cylinder and bottom insulated.
  • CIP arm with 360° cleaning rotary CIP ball
  • (2) TC ports on side of tank for sampling and carbonation (included or sold separately) 
  • (4) NPT or BSP ports on back side and bottom as glycol inlet/outlet 
  • (1) TC port on top for pressure relief valve (included)
  • (1) Pressure gauge on CIP arm with tee
  • (2) Butterfly valve (main bottom outlet and CIP inlet)
  • (2) Ball valve (for sight glass hose)
  • (1) Sight glass hose
  • Diameter = 1780mm (70"); Height = 2810mm (110.6"); The Diameter and the Height can be customized.
