Description

Application: Pasteurization, HTST and UHT treatment for product of Dairy, Juice beverage, Ice cream, Beer, Soybean milk drink, etc.  Kill escherichia coil and other pathogenic bacteria, maintain beneficial bacteria, keep product nutritious and fresh.
Aseptic production function can be realized by additional equipped with pre-sterilization process.

Pasteurization in Beer production: 
Sterilizing biological sources of contamination, such as yeast in beer, under tem 72℃ (27PU)at 30sec*. Keeping beer nutritious and long time storage, ensure its taste and flavor compared to raw beer. Which is popular in Europe market.
Supporting with aseptic filling process.

Standard process: 
Standard prof- 2-4℃-72℃ (30sce)- 2-4℃
Description: 
Raw beer pumped into sterilizer machine for pre-heating and regeneration, sterilization by hot water (75℃)and raise temp upto 72 ℃, holding at 27PU, then cool by chilled water (0-2℃), reduce temp down to 4 ℃, and transfer to filling / asptic.
Sterilization temp is automatically adjusted through signal of steam valve open % in system, in case of unsatisfied temperature, it return back to system for rework.
To prevent it is too low to crystallization or poor cooling effect, supply and balance chilled water temperature 4 ℃.
