Description:
Material: SUS304 sanitary stainless steel;
Effective volume: 1BBL to 15BBL;
The top of tank is made of stainless-steel dished head, and the bottom is conical with 60degree, with 100% TIG welding, cleaning and polishing;
Design Pressure: 0.2Mpa (2Bar / 30Psi) Test Pressure: 0.4Mpa;
4 x heavy-duty stainless-steel scaffold with adjustable height and horizontal support;
Thickness of Tank: 3mm for interior shell; The thickness of outer cover: 2mm;
Insulation: PU foaming Insulation with the thickness ranges from 80mm to 100mm;
Internal and external surfaces be polished, and internal surface shall be polished up to 0.4um;
According to the specification of tank type, the corresponding specification and model of sanitary clamp joints would be equipped;
Equipped with Combination Pressure / Vacuum Relief valve, pressure gauge, temperature gauge, sampling valve, lifting lug;
Side or top manway;
Glycol inlet and outlet port;
Sanitary level sight tube & Carbonation stone & Bunging Valve for special request (Optional)
