20BBL Brewing System
The 20BBL Brewing System is manufactured from high quality 304L Stainless Steel, consists of Mash tun, Lauter tun, Kettle tun, and Whirlpool tun, with stainless steel brewing platform and stairs, hard piping and brewhouse manifold with butterfly valves, sight glass and check valve, sanitary centrifugal wort pumps, heat exchanger, control cabinet with control instrument.

Description
HENGCHENG 20bbl brewing system is an excellent system for medium-sized breweries. The 20 bbl brewhouse for sale comes in four vessels with MT, LT, KT, WT configurations.
We quote price on high quality brewing equipment with options for Electric Brewing Systems up to 15 BBL (100L to 1800L), Direct Fire and Steam Brewing Systems up to 30 BBL (100L to 3000L), and Fermenters & BBTs up to 200 BBL (100L to 20000L).

Type 304 stainless steel;
Thickness of Tanks: 3mm for interior shell;
Heat Insulation: High quality PU Foam with Thickness range from 80mm to 100mm;
The outer covering: brushed and polished surface of Type 304 stainless steel, with thickness of 2mm; Liquid level sight glass on the side.
Equipping with sparge ring with nozzles, and 360 degree of rotating tank washing ball on top of the tank;
Bottom outlet;

Use milled sieve plates, which have higher filtration accuracy and better effect.
The bottom is equipped with a wort collection loop and an under-the-flush device.
