3000L Brewhouse System
HENGCHENG 3000L/30HL 2 vessels brewhouse system can be design with steam heating and direct fire heating or even electric heating! This system consists of Mash/Lauter tun and Kettle/whirlpool tun, with stainless steel brewing platform and stairs, hard piping and brewhouse manifold with butterfly valves, sight glass and check valve, sanitary centrifugal wort pums, heat exchanger, control cabinet with control instrument.

Description
HENGCHENG 3000L/30HL 2 vessels brewhouse system can be design with steam heating and direct fire heating or even electric heating!
For steam heating, the vessels with steam jacket to allow steam go through it for heating.
If nature gas is easy to get and convenient to use and the cost of the nature gas is lower than electricity, direct fire heating is also a good way to select.
The 2 vessels system is manufactured from high quality 304L Stainless Steel, consists of Mash/Lauter tun and Kettle/whirlpool tun, with stainless steel brewing platform and stairs, hard piping and brewhouse manifold with butterfly valves, sight glass and check valve, sanitary centrifugal wort pums, heat exchanger, control cabinet with control instrument.
Mash / Lauter Tun:
Type 304 stainless steel;
Thickness of Tanks: 3mm for interior shell;
Heat Insulation: High quality PU Foam with Thickness range from 80mm to 100mm;
The outer covering: brushed and polished surface of Type 304 stainless steel, with thickness of 2mm.
Equipping with sparge ring with nozzles, and 360 degree of rotating tank washing ball on top of the tank.
Use milled sieve plates, which have higher filtration accuracy and better effect.
The bottom is equipped with a wort collection loop and an under-the-flush device.
Effective volume: 3000L
Related Inlet and outlet pipe fittings and valves with Type 304;
Thermistor temperature sensor interface on the side of the tun.
Kettle / Whirlpool tun：
Type 304 stainless steel;
Thickness of Tanks: 3mm for interior shell;
Heat Insulation: High quality PU Foam with Thickness range from 80mm to 100mm;
The outer covering: brushed and polished surface of Type 304 stainless steel, with thickness of 2mm.
Equipped with electric elements for heating.
Equipped with an exhaust device to avoid too much water vapor in the mashing area, indoor or outdoor type depends on customer needs.
Equipping with a special inline hop filter to make the wort clearer before fermenting.
