This Keg Washing and Filling Machine / keg Washer & Filler allows the brewer to handle up to 30 returnable stainless steel kegs per hour. It is equipped with either 1 cleaning stations, and 1 filling head.
It is full stainless steel (SUS304) machine designed for cleaning and filling Kegs of volumes 15 up to 50 liters. Machine is equipped with two storage tank for caustic solution and sanitation solution, valve and piping setting, pump and operation panel for controlling temperature and pump.
All types of kegs can be processed through the use of different couplers or supports, change over for different keg fitting types only takes a few minutes
It is suitable for cleaning using caustic and/or acidic detergents, the washing head blows out any residue, rinses with mixed water and soaks with acid and/or caustic.
