Features:
● The material is SUS304 sanitary stainless steel
● Effective volume: 200L, Full volume: 250L
● The bottom is 60 degree tapered so as to discharge yeast easily; 100% TIG welding; cleaning and sanitary polishing
● Design Pressure: 0.2MPa (2Bar) Test Pressure: 0.4MPa (4Bar)
● Thickness of Tank: 3mm for internal cylinder; 2mm for out cladding; 1.5mm for dimple jacket
● Insulation: Polyurethane Foaming Insulation, with the thickness ranges from 80mm to 100mm
● Internal and external surfaces shall be clean and polished, and internal surface shall be 2B base metal to 0.4um, pickled and passvated ( or mirror polish according customer’s demand)
● According to the specification of tank types, the corresponding specification and model of sanitary clamp joint would be equipped
● Equipped with vacuum valve / pressure relief valve, pressure gauge, temperature gauge, sampling valve, lifting lug, side or top maintenance manhole, Pre-installed CIP spray ball
● Equipped with fittings for chilling water inlet/outlet
● Coolant Jacket: Welded Honeycomb Maitre Sandwich Plate
● Equipped with rotary inlet and outlet feeder ports with valves and accessories
● Equipped with Hop Dosing port with Clamp type in company standard
● Equipped with Electronic thermometer sensing interface
● Carbostone with CO2 charging device – Optional
● Adjustable pressure spunding valve from 0.2Bar to 2.2Bar ( 3 psi to 30 PSI ) – Optional
● Heavy-Duty legs with adjustable height and horizontal support
