Semi-automatic beer keg washer with 3 stations is designed for the washing and sterilizing work of all standards of keg washers including stainless steel keg and plastic beer keg. This machine can do the works washing, sterilizing and CO2 pressure preparing automatically.<br> The control unit of this machine uses the Siemens PLC and touch-screen interface to control the whole process. All of the control parameters can be adjusted when it is running. Clients can adjust time parameter according to different needs.
The CIP unit is used for cleaning sanitizing and sterilisation of vessels and pipes in the brewery. Used material is stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) . CIP cleaning means that safe and automatic cleaning system with production equipment is not decomposed. CIP cleaning not only cleans the machine but also controls the microorganisms.<br> Hengcheng CIP Carts usually designed and equiped with 2tanks which is named as Caustic Tank and the other is Sanitize Tank. All skidded systems available in one to five-tank formats with normally 100l-500l per tank.
